Positive: A perfect medieval Italian villa located in a closed-loop compound (on two levels connecting a wooden staircase). Very cosy and tastefully decorated with all essentials. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (not attached and only one with shower). Clean linen and towels were provided with extra bedcovers and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with all basic utensils, including simple breakfast goodies (bring your own tea if you’re a tea person). The owners were very supportive and flexible; very responsive via Booking.com chats. Free public parking is available at a walking distance Conveniently located a close drive away from Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
Negative: Both the bedrooms do not have mirrors;only small mirrors available in the bathrooms). No mobile reception available inside the property (Windtre and iliad). Free Wifi is available, however, at times low wifi strength in the bedrooms; Hence, not recommended for smart working setups.
Summary: Overall, we had a nice time, away from all the city hustle and bustle.

Positive: Fabulous property in a beautiful location. Immaculately presented and a truly relaxing place. The renovation has kept all the character of this charming home The outside garden area is a wonderful place to relax and the village is just a 5 minute stroll
