Summary: Our family had a wonderful summer holiday here. The house was very comfortable , the view down over the Ria Pontevedra is wonderful. We loved sitting out on the terrace just admiring the gardens and the glorious view. Our boys spend days jumping around the pool, playing in the huge garden and lazing in the hammock. The robot that comes out at night to cut the grass was also a source of much fascination for the boys!

Summary: The owners were very welcoming and accommodating despite a language barrier. The grounds and views from the house a beautiful. The house itself has everything you might need and was very comfortable. The only negative of this property were the local dogs who barked for the majority of the night. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this house with our Family. The house is well equipped, tidy and lovely furnished. The garden is exceptional and the owners very nice and helpfull. We will come again.

Summary: Very well equipped holiday home, everything you could need from bin liners to binoculars, cooking oil to washing liquid. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens, secure with electric gates. Lovely position with super views. We were happy sitting in garden some days when it was very hot. Samiera quiet small village with one shop but there were big supermarkets with 30 minute drive. Lots of beaches again within 30 minute drive, excellent roads. Depending what time of year you are going, plenty of bike and walking trails, do some research before you go. Beautiful countryside. We only found one restaurant where the staff spoke any English, very Spanish tourist area. The property could do with fly screens on all the windows and that would be our only slight gripe!

Summary: Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 9 Yrs old) stayed here for 10 days in August 2014. The house is very well located about 15mins drive from Pontevedra and about 1hr from Santiago airport. The owners were very helpful in arranging the booking and meeting us on site for arrival and departure. The owner's daughter speaks English and so we had no problem with communication. We had a fantastic time - there are loads of great beaches within 20-30mins drive and some beautiful countryside nearby. The old city centre in Pontevedra is very interesting to visit too. Several days we just stayed in the house and enjoyed the views, BBQ and just lazing by the pool or in the hammock. The house has everything you might need and is very well equipped and maintained. The house was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower excellent - always lots of hot water. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I would especially recommend the house if you have very young children because they can run around safely - the garden is fully enclosed.

Summary: This is a beautiful holiday cottage with wonderful views of the Ria de Pontevedra from the huge porch and extensive landscaped grounds, or "our estate" as we came to call it. Well equipped, tastefully furnished, lovely kitchen, charming and efficient owners. A great location for various day trips in Galicia. Nearby Raxo is a little gem too.

Summary: "Fantastic house for a lovely relaxing family holiday in Galicia. Our 2-year old was very happy, with lots of toys and a large, safe garden to play in and of course, the swimming pool was an excellent place to teach him to swim. The facilities were spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed. Xose and Elisa were very helpful and provided lots of useful information about the area. The view from the house was fantastic (it's situated fairly high up) and it was a great base from which to explore both the coast and the vinyards and the surrounding hills."
