Positive: This hotel is underrated. It's a really convenient location very close to the airport and ferry port, but has its own pretty piece of beach. It's also got a fabulous pool. The buildings are pleasantly laid out and connected by covered walkways, the rooms are a generous size.

Negative: The breakfast is OK but the coffee needs to improve.

Positive: staff very helpful and friendly room was clean daily and towels replaced daily. Food was lovely

Negative: Room was too far to walk back and forth to the restaurant for an unwell family member as family used the restaurant to eat. not enough lighting at night walking back to the room at night. Bathroom at the restaurant was not kept clean. There's a lot of staff around that someone could keep an eye on these facilities. It's a stunning place and minor issues could ruin the whole effort for a beautiful place Otherwise its a beautiful place. Would stay there again. Positive: The room always clean everyday, towels was always swap over every day. The bed was made up everyday as well

Negative: The breakfast food wasn’t great not many options or even Samoa traditional food. I think they need to put more effort on the menu
