Summary: A bit disappointed that our room wasn't ready despite arriving 2 hours past checkin time. Apart from that everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful resort and amazing sunsets. Highly recommended especially at the end of our trip as it is a 14 minute drive to the airport.

Summary: My family only stayed here for one night to be closer to the airport. The checkin process was easy and the staff was very friendly! The reasons why I gave it a three star was that we didn’t have enough beds to accommodate our family and it was booked 2-3 months in advance. The last reason is the single beds were very uncomfortable.

Summary: Really nice stay. Right at the ocean. Plenty food options. A lot of common facilities. Also different activities. Fully recommended.

Summary: The villas were great and spacious. I had a massage and the lady was lovely. One of the best massages I’ve had. Food was also very good and tasty. Had a mishap (being overcharged Fiafia night fee. Weren’t aware there would be a fee going to dinner at the hotel on this night. Spoke to staff about this and they sorted it out. Would be good to have a heads up on the Fia Fia night fees before being seated for dinner. M

Summary: Nice two night stay before setting off to the big island. Close to the car ferry wharf. Staff very helpful. Great location.

Summary: Highly recommend this property. Lovely setting, great location for the Ferry and Airport. Restaurant and food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Ideal location for watching the Sun setting in the evening. Would stay here again.

Summary: Very clean spacious room with fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea & bottled water. Robes & towels all provided. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Lovely pool & decking area and the on site restaurant, the ugly mermaid, serves delicious food. Superb ocean views.

Summary: The room was very clean had a new bathroom which was spotless.The staff were wonderful went out of there way for my husband and I .we had a fantastic 5 day stay .🤗🌴
