Positive: The apartment is nearly by a Penny store (8:30-20:30 hours) and City Bus no.14 that are going to Bologna centre is 2 minutes faraway. Apartment has everything you need and two big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The check-in and check-out are simple and quick. The apartment is good for business too because of facilities, position (10 minutes from Train Station - walking) and very good internet. The apartment is in a silent place. The silent is one of apartment rule.
Negative: I did not like that the house has not elevator:)

Positive: We really liked the apartment overall. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the bus station, which made getting around very easy. The first night was a bit cold, but after that we got used to the temperature and felt more comfortable. Unfortunately, communication with the host was very difficult. The host does not speak English at all and did not try to communicate in English even via messages. This was a major disadvantage for us and caused some unpleasant situations during our stay.

Negative: 1. Check-in very difficult. 2. Difficult communication with the owner. 3. Long distance between the apartment and the place tot pick up keys. 4. The turist cam only pick up the keys between 15 and 18 o'clock. 5. I recommend a key box for the apartment.

Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. It was very well equipped.
Negative: Distant from the city center, but there is a bus just outside. The check in was not easy because we have to collect the keys from somebody in an office.

Positive: We were absolutely delighted with our stay! Everything was wonderful — the place was spotless, very well organized, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The location was also great, with a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to reach the city center in about 15–20 minutes. The breakfast was nice too, with cookies, pastries, milk, and cereals. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add one or two savory options, like a bit of cheese or butter. Overall, a perfect stay — highly recommended!

Positive: The place was very clean, equipped with necessary appliances (big, perfectly cooling fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), bathroom was spacious and clean, bedrooms were big with comfy double beds and wardrobes. What we liked most was the very efficient air conditioning in each room. The place was very spacious for 4 people, especially liked big nice balcony to sit in the evenings! Neighbors were silent (though there is kindergarten nearby but at day time we were out so it doesn't bothered us), neighborhood seemed safe (house yard was with lockable gate). Few minutes away there was grocery shop and bus stop basically half a minute away (with bus no. 14 you can reach city center in ~20 min). There were plenty of pastries left for breakfast as well as other products as cereal, milk, tea, coffee, jams and so on. Gabriella was very nice and welcoming, let us check in a little earlier. We had a little trouble with the language barrier at first, but in the end we understood each other perfectly (chatgpt translations helped :D). Thank you Samu Home!
Negative: Everything was perfect and I have nothing negative to say, except maybe that we were not informed in advance about the additional tourist tax that had to be paid on site. But it's great that they allowed us to pay by card so there were no problems.

Positive: Gabriela was very friendly, attentive, helpful and received us personally to hand over the keys. The apartment was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the bus stop which takes one to the city center in about 15 minutes.
