Casa Letizia is a cozy one-room apartment located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building 30 meters from the famous Due Torri. We are in the real historical center of Bologna. in an ideal position to reach museums, theaters, Piazza Maggiore, St. Peter's Basilica, the famous Piazza Santo Stefano and the historic 'Pescherie Vecchie' market in a few minutes on foot. At home, numerous brochures will show you the routes to discover the city and you will be updated on all current events. Rain or snow, sun or wind, with its almost 40 kilometers of ancient arcades, Bologna is a unique city in the world (the arcades of Bologna are an Italian cultural asset candidate as a UNESCO "World Heritage"). In the area there are numerous restaurants, trattorias with typical Bolognese cuisine, wine bars, places to have an aperitif surrounded by the suggestive medieval buildings of the historic center of Bologna (we have the oldest university in the world). The Margherita Gardens can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (27 hectares of greenery). The apartment is clean and tidy, it consists of a living area with WiFi Fiber Internet (unlimited and free), a comfortable sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, SMART HD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dressing room with shelves and closet, bathroom with shower.

From Central Station: bus line A
From Marconi Airport: Bus BLQ line San Pietro stop, then 10 minutes on foot.
From the center you can reach the fair by bus (15 minutes) to the S. Orsola Hospital on foot (10 minutes). From Bologna you can quickly reach the most beautiful Italian cities by train: Venice, Florence, Siena, Ferrara, Parma, Ravenna. If you love motors, Bologna is the home of the famous Ducati company where you can visit the beautiful DUCATI MUSEUM. The historical center of Bologna is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) from 7 to 20 it is not allowed to enter by car. However, daily permits can be purchased. On Saturdays and Sundays part of the center becomes a pedestrian zone (from the Two Towers) and it is pleasant to walk through the city. There are several paid parking in the historic center and outside the center, easily accessible by public transport.

Summary: We spent 4 nights in this fabulous apartment. The location is perfect, just a minutes walk from the 2 tours. Letizia was very helpful and met us at the apartment on our arrival. We couldn’t fault the amenities and cleanliness and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Summary: We were impressed with the location of the flat, it was so close to the heart of Bologna which is an amazing city with lots of energy. Letizia kindly met us early so we could leave our luggage. The apartment was quaint, clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very large. We loved being so close to everything but you do notice street noise during the day and evening. It is after all a big city. We would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to visit Bologna again.

Summary: We were looking for an intimate, quaint and lovely place for our 4 day stay in Bologna. We wanted a place in city center, where we could experience the local vibe. We needed a base to explore the city since we are looking to move there. We found it with Letizia's place. Letizia is a wonderful and attentive host. ☺️. Her place is super clean, wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, centrally located. The kitchen had starter coffee etc. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom large and warm in the winter. This is a place to stay at again. We loved it and can't wait to go visit again.

Summary: My husband and I fell in love with Bologna. We had been to Italy many times, but never to Bologna. The location of this apartment was perfect. We were less than a block to Le Due Torri and we had to pass by every day. It was wonderful. We walked everywhere. Piazza Maggiore was a favorite, as was Santo Stefano, the pórticos, etc. We walked everywhere. We attended Gelato University, a cooking school, the Ferrari Museum, ate lots of gelato and pasta. Letizia was a wonderful host. She provided a lot of information. We would stay in Letizia’s apartment again.

Summary: The apartment is just as pictured. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to make a small meal in and the markets is just down the way. The bed was comfortable and has nice linens. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Letiza was a wonderful host and she responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if in the area.
