Summary: Very clean place! Friendly, helpful and professional staff! There’s a security guard outside that made us feel safe!

Summary: I chose this place for the free parking which was good, the number of beds, and the laundry facility. Both coin op washing machines were broken on the property. We could use the ones across the street but there was high demand since our were broken. One receptionist gave me a hard time an out charging my room to get $2 in quarters. She told me they couldn’t charge me to give me the quarters. So I asked that she just give me two dollars in quarters to offset the inconvenience of the broken machines. She slapped them on the counter. Then, a day later they changed my credit card $2. Fine but they either shouldn’t have given me a hard time about it or not charged me. The penthouse is a really weird space with minimal furniture. The kitchenette has no microwave - fine. It’s not listed. There are ac units in the bedrooms only. Also, according to our hotels.com booking, we should have received a bottle of wine - we did not. If I were to return to San Juan, I would choose a different place.

Summary: This seemed to be in an up and coming part of Puerto de Tierra. There were a few amazing dining options and bars in a one block radius. It's also a nice 15 minute walk (by capitol and avenue of presidents) to old San Juan. Also about 15 minutes to beaches to the east. The communication was amazing. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response but they always proactively reached out first. The apartment itself is quite basic but there's plenty of room and with the free parking it was perfect for our needs. We are so happy we got a chance to spend some time in this part of PDT!

Summary: The staff were all super friendly. There was parking available for rental vehicles. The space was clean, narrow hallways so beware if you’re a wider set person. We received complimentary beer and Champagne which was super nice! The property was secured and had a few food options on the same block. We enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: They only posted photos of the lobby so it was a little misleading. Maybe some rooms are updated and some aren’t? But the apartment we stayed in looked very outdated. The staff is really nice though so we didn’t mind. Everything was working perfectly fine, except we didn’t have hot water the three days we stayed there. :/

Summary: The location is a little far from the city center considering the unreliability of the public transportation system. That being said, the staff was wonderful and very responsive and I would recommend this property

Summary: I booked an apartment for my father and I, with separate rooms and a kitchen. I was informed at check in that the reserved apartment was unavailable, and we were instead given a studio style apartment with a pool. The pool access was a nice bonus, but having to climb a ladder to sleep on top of the bathroom was not fun. I also snore, which is why I wanted separate rooms. My Dad barely slept. We were without hot water for the first day of our 4 night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, I just wish someone had communicated earlier about the change in the reservation. If they had, I would have made other arrangements.
