Positive: First, the home was so nice and clean and just so cozy. Myself and my family were in Texas working, and this place changed our outlook on booking anything. The owners let us check in early and helped us when we had to get deployed elsewhere early. This home also accommodated me being handicapped while I had a broken leg, so much room to move around. We also have a child and two small dogs, and they had a nice size backyard they just loved. The experience couldn't have been better !!!!! Thank you to the owners being so so wonderful 😊 ❤️
Negative: Loved everything except I wish they had handicap handles in the restrooms it made it really hard to stand. Everything else was perfect.
Summary: Exceptional stay !!!

Positive: Amazingly quite considering the density of the neighborhood. Master bedroom and bath were good.
Negative: Expensive because of the businesses cashing in on the eclipse. Rental was 2x normal price, however so was everything else.

Positive: Needed a place to stay last minute over the holidays in order to close on a home and had an incredibly difficult time finding a place that would accept more than one pet without size restrictions (I have a very large senior German shepherd dog with severe arthritis and difficulty moving) along with a peppy older terrier. I found this place on line and booked it immediately!! Unfortunately, do to poor construction and long delays the home I was supposed to close on did not work out and rather than drive almost 2000 miles back home I was fortunate enough to be able to extend this rental until I successfully found a new home. With all the stress and heartache of my situation it always felt good to be able to come home to my temporary place! This home was perfect for my needs, it was just the right size and had a huge safe yard for the dogs. It was very nice to be able to sit out on the covered patio and relax. There are no stairs to navigate just one step off the patio into the yard, great for my old GSD! The beds are very comfortable!! I have a very bad back and was able to sleep and wake up the next morning without a sore back! Location was great, just a couple of minutes from both 1604 and 90!! The neighborhood is very quiet (except on New Years Eve, WOW!!! Incredible fireworks in all directions, great to experience, not so much for the dogs, but I loved it!). I felt very safe here. Parking was secure, I was able to park in the garage and there was still plenty of parking available on the driveway. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, this place was exactly what I needed, the owner was very quick to respond to any and all questions and very helpful. This home is exactly as advertised, but even better in person!!
