Summary: Charming, well decorated spacious house! Walking distance to a great beach for tanning and boogie boarding. This house is perfect for a large family, nice sleeping arrangements and nice outdoor spaces. It also has a very well equipped, updated kitchen, perfect for cooking meals at home! We would love to visit again!

Summary: We can to San Clemente for my sisters wedding and this was the best place to stay!!! I absolutely loved how each room had its own bathroom. The place was beautiful with lovely outdoor accommodations. Linda was an incredible host providing a basket of goodies upon arrival and was so easily accessible! Even when we locked ourselves out she was able to accommodate us immediately. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Linda!!!

Summary: Loved this home! Spotless, well appointed, comfy beds and linens. Having a few chairs, towels and a cooler meant we didn't have to tote them from home. The upper most deck offers a quiet place to get away to and the main deck was a fun spot to gather around the fire pit. Walk to the beach is short but there is a hill to get up and down, easy if you're in decent shape even toting beach gear. The only negative is the hum from the highway which you can't hear at all inside the home but you do hear on the patio. Management is quick to respond to questions. Overall a great place and everyone said they'd stay here again.

Summary: This place was great! My only complaint would be the location. The freeway noise is noticeable from anywhere in the house. Also, only 1 working TV (only an issue at night). Otherwise, clean, modern and very nice.
