Spacious ocean view, upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a quiet location, with an ocean view park as a 'front yard’ and a canyon view/ocean view state park as a 'backyard'.
See and hear the waves crashing from the dining room, living room and balcony, and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to Califia Beach.
Beautiful weather year round. Plenty of secure underground parking for you and your guests.
Just 1 mile south of charming downtown San Clemente and 1 mile north of famous Trestles surfing. 5 minutes to reasonably priced golf!
45 minutes south of Disneyland and 1 hour north of San Diego and all of its attractions.
Although the balcony has great views, it is not safe for young children.
For summer guests, we have ceiling fans and portable fans but we do not have A/C. For winter guests we have space heaters.

Summary: First time in San Clemente and we loved it. Our place was perfect and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Scenery was awesome and the hummingbirds added that special touch. :) A very short but scenic walk to the beach and so much to enjoy if you love to run or long walks.

Summary: This condo is very clean and has a fantastic location to the beach and food stores and restaurants and getting on and off the freeway easily. The condo comes with so many extras from beach items for the walking distance to the beach to games and extra kitchen items and washer and dryer. We loved the location and view. The pool and hot tub on the property are very nice. The parking is underground and provide 2 spaces. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms work for adults and family, with a full tub in one bathroom and a nice size shower unit in the other bathroom. The kitchen has everything that is needed to make your stay nice. The furniture is also comfortable with a good size kitchen table. There is a little shared balcony that you can bring a chair or two to site around the table and a little BBQ that you can use. Our stay felt like a home that is just waiting for guest to enjoy:)

Summary: It was a really nice place. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and we got to see some dolphins playing in the surf. It’s so nice to hear the seals barking and the waves crashing when you go to bed and wake up. PIt’s really a spacious but cozy place. If you aren’t used to beachside communities on the west coast, just be aware that you can hear, see and smell everything because everyone is so close. For us, being so close to the beach outweighs that completely. The owners were super communicative. We would definitely recommend this for a nice beachside getaway.

Summary: We enjoyed the space, the view, the location. Sharing a deck took a bit of getting used to but so nice to sit outside and have lunch overlooking the ocean, open green space, and the birds. The parking garage is a nice asset but needs better lighting. Be careful of the cement posts! Well stocked place. A few suggestions: higher quality paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) , tightening towel and toilet paper hangers to walls, and cleaning artificial plants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you
