Negative: On the 4th floor and the apartment we had did not have a balcony

Positive: The apartment was in a good location and was quite large.
Negative: There were no basic cleaning products in the apartment (soap, dishwashing liquid, very little toilet paper). Mini cosmetic sets were prepared only for two people despite the fact that the reservation included 4 people. The reservation says that there is access to the terrace. Unfortunately, this is not true, there is no access to the terrace. The announcement also says that there is an elevator, which is partly true because the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so if someone has an apartment higher, they must consider climbing with luggage on very narrow stairs. The biggest downside is the wooden ceiling that looks like it was covered with mold (which is definitely not something new). Definitely wouldn’t call this apt luxurious.
