Positive: Tommaso the owner and wife Serena were by far the best hosts I have EVER experienced in any booking site anywhere in the world. The Apt is amazing amenities perfect but the extra communication we had with Tom was over the top. He helped us with tours, with restaurant reservations which were delicious and even made an extra effort to stop by to have coffee with us one morning! I would plan another trip to Florence just to see him and stay at the Apartment. Location was perfect walking ease to anywhere we wanted to go! This is a must destination for 2 or 4 people it was truly magical trip! Thank you Tommaso Grazie Mille. Your friends Deb & John from San Diego!!

Negative: There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property… A couple of steps, but we added them to our daily workout😁

Positive: The location was perfect with everything we needed close by. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and away for the crowed tourist areas. Tommaso was an exceptional host and quickly responded to any requests. He made sure that we had information about the area and that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The stairs to the apartment can be challenging but Tommaso was there to help us with our luggage.

Positive: The owner is by far the best host we ever had. Incredibly friendly and helpful, he made everything in his power and then some more to make our stay memorable. The unit is lovely, tastefully designed and furnished, sitting on the Florence walls, a few minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the center.

Positive: Everything about this place was a dream. The flat is fully renovated in a modern and luxurious style. It is very spacious, with vaulted ceilings in the living room and multiple seating areas (dining tables in both the kitchen and living room, as well as two separate couch seating areas in different rooms of the house). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get some personal space. There are tons of windows and natural light. Everything has been carefully selected for the space - beautiful artwork, designer furnishings, comfortable beds and fine linens. This is not a cookie-cutter vacation rental; the owner has curated the space personally and his touches and attention to detail really make this space so special. The bathrooms have been renovated luxuriously with all modern fixtures and stylish tile / stonework. Both bedrooms have new quiet AC units. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want including tools, dishes, espresso machine, and basic ingredients (the owner even provided fresh herbs and several types of olive oil for us to try!). But, as if this all were not enough, there is also an enormous private garden / patio area in the back of the flat that is so fabulous and includes a dining table under a huge jasmine-covered pergola. The owner has herbs, flowers, and citrus plants growing. My toddler and I spent a lot of time looking at butterflies and bumblebees! The outdoor space is truly stunning and makes you forget you are in the middle of the city. I must also add that the owner is super kind, attentive, and generous (providing lots of info about the house, neighborhood, restaurant and activity recommendations, etc) plus the neighborhood is ideal - away from the tourist attractions, but close enough to be an easy walk to everything, with plenty of good restaurants and interesting shops nearby. Overall, just an amazing experience. Thank you so much to our host for creating and sharing this incredible space!
