Positive: The staff was exceptional!
Negative: No authentic Jamaican food on the resort, we had to pay a ridiculous amount to a taxi to get a ride to a restaurant. The WiFi service was terrible as expected due to reading the other reviews. The entertainment was boring. Property is on the beach but the beachfront space is very limited. The private island is cool but also very small if you want to swim. The resort in general is small with not much to do.
Summary: It was nice but wouldn’t return to this specific location.

Positive: I like Spices Restaurant because the ones that we will like to eat we have to make a reservation and there’s no opening. If we knew science the first day that the restaurant was very busy we would make the reservation that day.
Negative: You should have someone that speaks Spanish in the facility.

Positive: They were very attentive making sure everything was what we wanted. They even changed some ingredients to accommodate my husband's allergies. An ingredient They brought to our attention!
Negative: The bathroom had no counter space. We had to keep our toiletries in the sink.
