Summary: The room wasn’t as nice as the pictures showed, it was most definitely an old smoking room. The bathtub had a bunch of hair in it too. About a 3 star place, won’t be back.

Summary: This hotel is a great location if you are attending Rogers for an event. HOWEVER if you don't like waiting 15 plus minutes for an elevator request a room on the lower floors. At best one elevator was working at a time and was constantly full even after you waited 15 min for it to arrive. Moxies is in the hotel for food which was great, everything is very convenient.

Summary: Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond in making it an enjoyable stay from advising me on the best running paths, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area. The room was super comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near Rogers Arena which was my top reason for choosing to stay here. It was a wise decision!
