Summary: Common areas and overall condition quite run down. Rooms are renovated and spacious. Free outdoor and garage parking available. Lobby didn’t feel welcoming enough, had this weird grease odour. Location of right off the main road, pretty accessible by car but the surrounding area would not be the safest neighborhood to walk around. Expected more for the price.

Summary: Stayed here for the long weekend on our annual visit to Victoria. Front desk staff were excellent, most welcoming I've experienced in a while. The hotel has been updated but is worn in some areas and could use some deep cleaning at high-touch points. Room was comfortable, although mattresses and pillows were not the best. Room got very warm and stuffy without using noisy air conditioner, despite cool temperatures outside. Overpriced for what you get, but all accommodation is overpriced in Victoria.
