Summary: The staff are awesome, especially the guy that was at the desk at night. Room was comfy. My shower temperature kept changing by itself but that’s not the biggest deal!

Summary: The outside of the building has deferred maintenance - siding needs paint and parking lot is rough. The unit had very dark brown carpeting making it hard to assess the cleanliness. The bathroom counter was 70s original and the wallpaper was tattered in places. The painted tub had some peeling paint on the bottom. When we pulled in, we saw a staff member look out the lobby window, but when we walked into the lobby we had to ring the bell for service which was odd and not welcoming. They had to turn on the ice machine when I asked about ice. Although there wasn't anything overtly bad given the price, I wouldn't stay there again.

Summary: The host at the reception was an amazing guy, very helpful made us feel at home. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything was perfectly placed and tidy. This being a small town, everything closes by 7 PM. Though we reached very late in the evening, the front desk was very prompt in giving us the service. I would say it was "a personal cozy cocoon." A very good family short stay.
