Summary: Why is it so hard to get a dang receipt? Business travellers must turn in receipts to get re-imbursed...with taxes broken out. Front desk argumentative. Most hotels, when you pay at the site, will do this. Will be taking my business to the Pomeroy.

Summary: The in-room safe needed battery replacement - was done in due time. The toilet got jammed later in the evening - no one to help, someone just deposited the needed tool in front if the door an the called by phone that we did not react on nocking at the door - and the respective person now left the site… a bit annoying to say at least… All ice machines not functional - receptionist told someone is takin care - the „it us fuxed now, go and get ice…“ - guess what: it was still out of order.

Summary: We stayed for a sporting event for 3 nights. We had one bedroom with a kitchen. It was nice, convenient, and comfortable. The coffee at the lobby in the morning was nice. We were able to make coffee in our room, but chose the lobby coffee. There were many options for food and other necessities in walking distance, as well as the golf courses. It is out of the downtown, but safe. We were very glad we chose this location, after we visited some downtown locations. There are homeless and drug addicts in town around the hotels. We only saw 2 sketchy people on one of the days. If you want to feel safe, stay here.

Summary: Everything was really nice at this hotel. I used the house coat that was provided and used the small but nice hot tub and pool. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night which made for a great sleep.
