Positive: The hotel room was clean and the staff was tentative for organizing my husbands birthday cake. Made his birthday very memorable.

Positive: They gave us a room with a very nice view (around the 20th floor), and the staff was extremely attentive when we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM, going out of their way to help us with an early check-in instead of 3:00 PM. When I mentioned that our flight is in the evening, they proposed to extend our check-out time to 1 PM instead of 11 AM. The hotel itself is close to a bus stop, so it's easy to navigate around Macau, and it's just 2 stops away from the port, so the transfer from Hong Kong was easy.

Negative: Nothing that much to consider a dislike, but if I have to mention any, it's that the television didn't have the range expected for a high-class hotel like Netflix or other apps for movies/shows. As someone from Southeast Asia, items of ease like the bidet would have been very useful. Lastly, the lights were not easy to control in the room since there weren't many labels on them, and we had to guess.

Summary: Friendly staff bringing more value to the comfortable stay.

Positive: I and my daughter have awesome experience with the Sands Macao Hotel. The Service Quality is good. The staff are really supportive. My daughter also received a birthday cake and it was awesome. Surely we Will come back Thank you.

Negative: I was not aware that the hotel has airport service and a bus going to other locations.

Positive: The front desk are very hospitality and informative . Jason Wu helped with all my inquiries as I was in a business trip to catch up with two meetings. They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked. The Suite is very clean and large space than most of hotels in a fairly good price. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the borders, other hotels within the same group. So it’s very convenient to visit all major landmark within footstep. Thanks.
