Thank you again for selecting our cozy cottage home as your home away
from home. We look forward to providing

you with a cozy 5-Star experience during your stay. 

 Sandy Besos cottage is located in the quaint  fishing village of
Port Isabel  on Long Island Village Resort & is a  short stones
throw ( around 2 miles) from Sunny  South Padre Island Texas

STEP 1: GETTING IN: You don’t need to worry about a key. The
front-door code is both texted and emailed to you prior to your stay

STEP 2 GET ONLINE: The network name and password are on the router in
the living room on the device 

STEP 3 : Sheets and towels are provided. Extras are available in the
closet in both bathrooms

STEP 4: Additional maid service is available upon request should you
require a "freshening up" during your stay.

STEP 5: STAYING INDOORS: Check out the games located in living room
television cabinet under television

6; All dishes and appliances are available for your use { THE FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS ARE  NEXT TO THE Refrigerator under the counter and
also next to BBQ on back porch

7. Coffee station, coffee maker,  milk foam frothier machine ,  drip
coffee & syrups

8. CHARCOAL GRILL: We have a charcoal grill  cooking station on back
porch for you to use at your convenience.

Grill accessories are available next to the grill including fire
extinguisher.

9. PET FRIENDLY. PET FEES DO APPLY.  They are $50/per stay for per
dog and maximum 2 dogs are allowed. Please notify in advance if you

PLANNING DAY EXCURSIONS: We have dozens of local maps and brochures
located on the coffee table in the living room.

ENTERTAINMENT & ISLAND ACTIVITIES @ LOBO DEL MAR

Simple Considerations when enjoying the house:

PARKING: Parking is available in front of the house. 2-3 cars will
easily fit.

TRASH: Upon departing, Please remove all trash . The trash dumpster is
located in the park next to volley ball courts.

 We have central air and heat. Please do not leave the doors open,
the salt air will destroy the units and leave you without air
conditioning.  Please feel free to change the temperature for
comfort.

 We only ask that you adjust it to around 77 degrees upon check out
please

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE PLEASE

IMPORTANT: If any questions or concerns arise during your stay Please
contact Ben @ 956-517-4924  or Bridget @ 360-908-2279 , Were always
available, If our lines are busy, please leave a message and we will
promptly reply

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Upon departing our home at the end of your visit, please make sure
to dispose of any trash , dumpster is located on the main rod of LIV
next to Tennis/Pickleball court

2. Please clean all dishes and start the dishwasher,

3. Please leave all beds that were used unmade, 

 4 Turn lights off throughout the house, 

5. Please make sure that all the doors are locked. 

 It is our goal to provide all our guests with a 5 Star experience.
We want

everyone to have a wonderful time while staying in our home. All we
ask is that you please respect our

property so that we can deliver the same quality experience for every
guest that comes through our

doors and respect the privacy of our neighbors by keeping outside
noise low after 10pm.
