Positive: Location was in a family neighborhood. Rowena and Lincoln were very responsive and friendly, and had so much information plus they knew everyone on the island! The pickup to and from the airport was top notch in a Mercedes suv and the on-site rental car was also very convenient (a car is very necessary to see all the sights in Exuma). There are a couple new cottages being built right on the beach (water pics are from these cottages). Our cottage was just up the road and inland from the beach cottages (pics of cottage are the ones we stayed in), but we did have access to the beautiful private beach and no one in site for miles. We had a small kitchen we cooked in with a full size fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. Overall it was an amazing time and we would stay again.

Positive: Cute tiny house just a short walk to the beach. Hosts live on site and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is fabulous.
Negative: You will definitely need a rental car but no worries Rowena has rental cars on site that are much nicer than the ones you get at the airport.

Positive: it was just perfect! Lincoln and Rowena were always friendly and gave us a car. You are right in the middle of the island and it's not far in any direction. They also booked our excursion. They also gave us lots of tips on where to go. I have never had such nice hosts. I can only recommend it!

Positive: The cottage was exactly as described and very clean. Rowena, the owner of the property offers a shuttle service from the George Town airport. She picked my wife and I from the airport and 20 minutes later, we were at the cottage. Checking-in was very fast and easy ! She gave us a lot of helpful tips about traveling on the island and was very professional and welcoming. She also has a car rental service so we decided to rent a car from her. It was very convenient because she got the car and brought it to the cottage whilst we were settling in. We met her husband Lincoln who was also very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Rowena and Lincoln for such a lovely stay!

Positive: We really liked this lovely cottage, very clean, fully furnished, free wifi. The beach is at 5min walk. Rowena (the owner) is very very nice and always available for her guests for any request. Car/scooter rental is mandatory in my opinion to explore the island, Sandy bottom cottages have good and clean cars with reasonable prices. I highly recommand this place and for sure will come back again

Positive: Very clean and with all the utilities needed (stove, oven, pans, cutlery, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, TV, hair dryer, beach towels...). The location, just 5 minutes walking from a really beautiful beach and around 15 minutes from George Town. Rowena was really helpful and she also surprised us with homemade food for Christmas dinner (we were there during Christmas). They also have cars to rent at a very reasonable price.
Negative: Only as a suggestion: they should have an outside area (maybe in the porch) to hang the wet clothes (towels, bikinis...).
