Summary: To many issues to list, the hot tub did not work, there are cracks in the ceiling, hands rail was busted along with other things wrong.

Summary: It was a nice place. But pictures need to be updated. There was no play set. Also the grill is rusted very very badly and is unusable.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is two stories and very spacious. The good: *Clean and cozy *large smart TV upstairs *kitchen has pots,pans, utensils *Price is very fair *AC is cold *good wifi *spacious and comfortable *hot tub works but needs cleaning The bad: *Only one tv works downstairs. *The outdoor grill needs a lot of attention and was not usable for us *it is on a main road that an ATV tour passes through so you will hear them driving around *not as secluded as the listing appears. There are neighbors and cars driving by. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the price and value. I have the same little complaints as the other reviewers so hopefully they correct those small issues. I would stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at sandy run cabin. There were a few minor issues. The TV didn't work in bedroom #1 we contacted the rental agency but it didn't get resolved. The location isn't as private as we imagined but it was still nice. All in all it was a cozy lil cabin that was perfect for just the two of us.

Summary: The property rental company was awesome, this particular house is just on a fairly busy road. It’s also very close to atv trailheads, so we had quads running past our place literally all night long, both nights. But great rental if you’re coming to do some night riding!

Summary: The cabin was fine, however the cleaning was not up to par. The cabin sleeps 6, however does not accommodate 6 people when eating or trying to enjoy a movie on the Tv in the evening. More seating is needed for both dining, there were only 3 chairs at the table and a couch and loveseat in the living room. Bedrooms were fine. The hot tub only had one jet working. There were moldy coffee grounds in the coffemaker, stale and moldy bread and popcorn left in the microwave. Dirty socks and water bottles left under the bed and food in one of the dresser drawers. There were only two working burners on the stove and there was a grill but no propane. The carpet in the living area was curled up on one side where if you were not careful you could trip. However, like I said the cabin itself was nice and cozy.
