Negative: Water pressure in upstairs bathroom sink was almost nonexistent - barely a trickle. Marketed as 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, but didn’t make clear that 2 bedrooms & 1 bath are in an upstairs unit while the 3rd bedroom & bath are a separate unit with separate outdoor access. That meant one of us was separated from the fun during our girl’s trip. Also there was a lot of traffic noise as it sits on the corner of a Main Street.
Summary: Nice place with quick access to the beach, but a couple of tweaks are needed

Positive: Just 1 block from the beach, house has a barbecue and beach chairs & towels! The living room and dining areas are spacious.
Negative: The 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is separated from the "main house" and located at the ground level. Not a complaint, just that I think this is not mentioned in the house listing.
Summary: I'd go again, great location.

Positive: I loved that the property was close to the beach. Everything was clean and the property was easy to find. Plenty of parking. Check in and out was also super easy.
Negative: We could not get the master bedroom TV to turn on. I noticed this in other reviews before our stay. There is a book on the kitchen table with directions but the directions are irrelevant as they are for a Roku remote. The TVs were not Roku TVs. We were very disappointed we couldn’t use the TV. Soap in the bathroom would be helpful as well - There was no soap to wash our hands. I wish the listing said we cannot turn the AC below 70.

Positive: It was very close to the beach, the house was spacious and comfortable over all.
Negative: The entrance, the stairs are super steep and very dangerous. Also one of ghetto bedrooms with bathroom is downstairs which is not part of the house, this is not told on the listing and it’s very confusing to tell on the pictures. House also needs to be updated, a little run down.
