This is a single rental property, a beach house with 2 totally separate self-contained floors offering the privacy of separate entrances and the convenience of indoor connection via the foyer and outside connection via the wrapped around deck for your group. Each floor boasts a separate living, cooking/eating quarters, and 3 bedrooms combining with 6 pullout sofas sleep comfortably a total of up to 19 guests.
Upper level of House – 2700 sq. ft.
You will love the openness of the of spacious living, gourmet kitchen featuring spectacular red granite countertop, built-in pasta maker, Sub-Zero cooling drawers and warming drawers, formal dining overlooking fireplace, breakfast nook and kitchen island seating, great for family gatherings off the main floor with its 180-degree panoramic ocean views that span the entire east side of the home. Seven patio doors allowing full view of the ocean open to a huge 60 ft x 10 ft deck.
Main floor split bedroom layout, one side includes a grand king-size Master Suite, marble custom-built shower and tub master bath, his and her sinks, and large walk-in closets with adjacent washer and dryer utility room. The opposite side includes a huge queen size guest suite with a private full-size bath, another queen guest bedroom, and a full-size hall bath.
Lower floor of House - 2100 sq. ft,
The lower unit complete with living, kitchen, and dining, overlooks nine patio doors leading to a huge private 60 ft. lower deck, connecting to the beach deck. It includes a magnificent Master Suite with separate his/her closets, 2 huge bedrooms (one with ocean view), a crib, Jack & Jill bath, large closets, and a separate washer and dryer.
Relax to the sound of the ocean waves, watch dolphins from the deck, cookout, observe space shuttle launches from your own observation deck, enjoy a romantic starlit night stroll or walk down the steps to the white, sandy beach any time you want. This is YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH!!
The southern Melbourne Beach area is never crowded. The house is near Sebastian Inlet with many activities in the area, such as some of Florida's most famous fishing and treasure hunting. You will be just an hour and a half’s drive from Orlando and all of its attractions, only half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center, and just two and a half hours away from South Beach in Miami.
Fishing, boating, sunbathing, hiking, walking, golfing, water/jet ski, treasure hunt, you can have it all! This house is perfect for a short or longer-term stay. This would be a true Florida beach experience for your whole party while staying in the Space Coast area!

Summary: We brought 4 generations of our family to this wonderful home located on the beach. The views/sunrises from the porch and many windows is spectacular. We had 2 small problems when we arrived, contacted the host who responded quickly and they were taken care of by the next day. (1 of which was a new refrigerator,not an easy task to take care of so quickly) The home is well stocked, perfectly situated in a residential, quiet neighborhood, close to gas, groceries, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home and hope to rent it again ourselves next year!!!

Summary: Beyond the property is the property owner who was extremely available to answer any questions and even check up while there. The house is just as pictured. Very spacious and perfect for our multiple family group. With all of the fridges and washers it is easy to accommodate a group. The kitchen has many items that are extra like air fryer, crockpot, some spices. There are so many nice touches like having chairs and umbrellas, towels, beach toys. The beach was like having your own part of the ocean. Very private. The wild life and places within a short distance to enjoy are wonderful. I highly recommend Melbourne and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: One of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. Sunrise and Moonrise over the ocean was beautiful. It lace was plenty large enough for my family of 10. Summary: We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this lovely home. There were 14 of us ages 3 months-69 and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. for our full Thanksgiving dinner. The home is quiet and the beds comfortable. We had a lovely time walking up just a little ways to an area park that has a great playgound and pickleball courts, did a lot of fishing on the beach and our sons spent hours surfing right outside the home. A local photographer came and took family photos so we can treasure our time in Melbourne for years to come! We had a great family reunion! Thanks, Nadia!

Summary: This property is GORGEOUS. The beach is stunning, you can watch the beautiful sunrises with your coffee and enjoy the waves all day. We were pleasantly surprised that all the bedrooms are quite similar, it worked so well for the family reunion. Having one large master upstairs and one master downstairs made it easy for us to split our costs - little more for the master bedrooms and besides that, all the other rooms are so evenly alike that no one felt slighted. Maybe that’s too much family drama for a review on a property, but with a big fam reunion in a big house like this, that stuff can come up. It worked so well for our needs, it was clean, the host was a fast communicator, it was a lovely quiet area - definitely not a party zone, just quiet beach but some restaurants and shops not too far off. Bring bug spray bc the sand fleas can become a nuisance, but only early morning and toward dusk in our experience. All day on the beach was fine. Everyone is our family agreed it was a fabulous vacation, my sister even saying it felt like a dream. If we decide to go back to Melbourne, this will be the house we choose!!
