Positive: The location is amazing. Supermarket around the corner and the beach is really really nice. Reception is really helpful

Positive: The covered outdoor terrace was a relaxing place to spend time. Very quiet area. Proximity to the local grocery (which closed mid-October) was super convenient. Kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. Close drive to many good beaches and other villages with many more shops. In October, beaches and roads were not busy. Loungers in the yard and a hose to clean sandy feet and dusty bicycles was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked well.
Negative: We stayed for one week. You will be supplied a small bag of cleaning items - 50ml dish soap, cloths, and garbage bags - and one roll of toilet paper. Consider bringing a few items from home as the apartment is not stocked with anything (bring or buy your own salt and pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, laundry detergent, and depending on time of year some mosquito repellant). No coffee machine! Going out for it or making instant coffee were the options. Fire place is not working but instead has a dehumidifier / heater (?). Had a musty smell when we arrived but after leaving doors open and turning on AC that went away quickly.

Positive: The location was perfect, very close (in a 5 minutes walk) to a beautiful not crowded beach, with nice underwater life. The apartment was clean, the checkin was easy even after the reception working hours. We got extra 1 hour for checkout for free. The communication was easy with the helpful stuff by Whatsup. It was really comfortable for 5 persons. A szupermarket and a nice restaurant was in 5 minutes walking distance. Parking was safe and free, with a room allocated lot. The garden was well-treated, beautiful. And we had view to the sea above some other house room and plants!
Negative: In the dark it was not easy to find our apartment, the numbering was a little confusing and not well signed. There was no microwave oven. And two of the four aircon had problems (in the bedrooms), but was fixed for 90%, it was a little slow, but that was the fault of the mechaniks and the corridor aircon was quite enough to cool the two rooms.
Summary: Excellent location, comfortable arrangement with nice stuff.
