Bush Walking
Discover one of the Central Coastโ€™s most beautiful walks Wyrrabalong National Park. The Coast walking track runs through a narrow strip of forest between Forrester's and Bateau Bay Beaches.
You'll wander along clifftops, past blackbutts and spotted gums, and absorb spectacular coastal views as you go. The best time to walk is between May and August, when you can do some whale watching from Crackneck lookout along the way. If youโ€™re walking in spring, youโ€™ll be treated to wildflowers coming into bloom, including ground orchids and flannel flowers, and youโ€™re bound to spot birds all year round. The return walk is about 6km

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note we do cap the adults at the house, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct โ€“ we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker โ€˜UE Boom 3โ€™ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint โ€“ please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
Please note you will be asked to sign terms and conditions contract at the time of booking. Our noise policy is listed in the property description and if you wish to see the full terms please advise and we can send these through for you.

Summary: They were great to work with and so easy, the house was amazing. Large and beautiful with a ridic view! So close to plenty of great places to eat and drink too.

Summary: where do i start this experience from the start with communication and professionalism was outstanding. on our arrival the house was what we expected and more. very spacious right on the beach. the house has 3 levels all entertaining from the amazing pool and bbq area to the games and playstation 5, table tennis and much more. there was 10 of us, the house is so well designed that everyone was comfortable. we will definitely be booking again!

Summary: We had a weekend away with 10 women. The house was incredible and the homewares provided were fantastic quantity and quality. The location was awesome. The only negative is that we wanted a hot outdoor spa and one was in the pictures but not listed. It didnโ€™t work. This however was a minor inconvenience in the end and it did not take away from the amazing time we had at this property. Definitely recommend and we will be returning

Summary: Just over an hour from home, easy to get to and had everything we needed! Huge house perfect for a big family and all the beds were super comfortable. So many activities awesome pool, PlayStation, ping pong table and two living areas so plenty of space for everyone to do what theyโ€™d like. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Summary: The location, property and inclusions were fantastic. Had everything and more that we needed for our large group. pool was excellent. There is a lot of steps so would not recommend for the elderly.

Summary: My girlfriends and I enjoyed a quiet child free weekend at this beautiful home. The house has amazing views, plenty of room and is located in a lovely quiet street right near the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds were like clouds! We lived our best lives and will be back! Thank you for the break we all needed!

Summary: The property was in a brilliant location and size. It accommodated our group well. It was well designed to allow the each of us to have our privacy but still come together in the larger areas with plenty of equipment to support this. The kitchen was well stocked to the point it was like leaving your own home without the fresh food. Everything else you would have in your kitchen was there. Non perishable items were also supplied (coffee, some spices, oil etc). That said we bought our own and used that, so it could be left for the next guests to enjoy. The location was great with only a very short walk to the beach. Small shops were only 10 minutes walk away (2 min drive) and the larger shopping centres only 10- 15 minutes drive in either direction (Erina Shops / Bateau Bay shopping centre) Highly recommend the house and location
