Positive: The location and view is like a postcard! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Communication with the owner was excellent! She sent video instructions to get to the apartment that were most helpful. Her son met us at the apartment and was so kind & helpful. The beds are comfortable and two full bathrooms. Kitchen had everything needed. It is about a 10 minutes walk- all stairs to the center of Positano. We took the bus once but preferred walking. The porters are a must for luggage! We loved Positano and feel we hit the jackpot with this place! The owner was the best, very responsive and helpful. The view… you’ll never get over it!

Positive: Wonderful stay with amazing views and a helpful host Check-in was smooth with clear instructions on how to arrange porters and either take the bus or walk up to the apartment. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and made everything easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We stayed as two couples (four people), and there was plenty of space for everyone. Each couple had their own bathroom, and the views from both rooms were incredible. One room had a balcony, while the other had an en suite, so it felt like a fair trade. We enjoyed meals together on the main balcony overlooking Positano — truly special. The washing machine had been broken by the previous guests, but the host went above and beyond to help. She arranged for our laundry to be done and even hung it out for us. The recommended porters were reliable and lightning-fast. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Positano.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. As with anywhere in Positano, it’s a bit of a hike, but the hosts did absolutely everything they could to inform us of our options, provide assistance when needed, and stayed in constant communication.

Positive: The Santiago vacation home was the best accommodation we could have chosen for our Honeymoon in Positano. The view was the most amazing thing I have ever laid my eyes on, the home was perfect and had everything we could ever need, the owner and her son stood out to me- they truly care about their guests and were super responsive if we ever had any questions, and even checked on us to see if we made it to our next destination. We had some rain getting out of Positano and in a full panic- I reached out to the owner who then gave me a list of contacts and got me connected to a taxi out of the town- life saver! We would 1000% recommend this home for an amazing stay in Positano!
Negative: When trying to think of things I don’t particularly love about the property- only one thing comes to mind. It is pretty high up in the city- but the view and benefits makes it all worth it!

Negative: Bathroom was extremely small and shower was hard to get into. Shower door did not open/close easily. Water leaked in under balcony door and soaked clothing.
