Positive: The location was great. There was very little traffic so it was super relaxing. Downstairs was a selection of eateries to choose from. Even though we were under the flight path the planes, there are so few that we hardly noticed them. Would highly recommend Santorini as a top choice to stay. The unit was spacious and welcoming with views of the park and beach.

Negative: It was all good.

Positive: location --superb. View from apartment excellent, over the park to the ocean. 30 metres to the life guard patrolled beach, via a very well looked after park with public barbecues,lavatories, showers etc.. there are local cafes restaurants and shops within 50 metres. Full shopping centre 1.5 miles away .

Negative: There were sand granules everywhere on the apartment floor. So it wasn’t swept up before we came. Tiny ants were on the bed(on the 4th floor) and I followed it to a small nest near the main bedroom door (So there were no pest controls done on the apartment). Above floor (penthouse floor) was noisy all night (for 2nights straight). Sounded like someone moving furniture. Very annoying.

Summary: It was ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Positive: Property is well located just across the beach. Spacious and had everything you need. A few restaurants and cafe under the property which served good food and coffee. Easy check in and out. Secure complex. The pool and half tennis court are great. We had a lovely time. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: Balcony was not clean. Beds in the master bedroom and second room had sand on them which was a little weird. The second room ceiling fan suddenly stop running during the night then came on again later in the morning. Again very weird.

Positive: The apartment was perfect for our needs. The balconies are substantial. The pool area is exceptional. There is an abundance of eating establishments on the property and across the street on the corner (<40m away). There is a great park across the street leading to a stunning patrolled beach (Mudjimba SLSC). There is very secure parking for 2 vehicles (for our 3 bedroom apartment) in case you’re on a road trip with besties. The fridge was great with plumbed filtered water and ice.

Negative: The BBQ area was seemingly non-functional (defaulting to the public BBQs across the street wasn’t any better). The lift is slow and hot. Our apartment had a faulty air conditioner. It was alright (stuck on flat out cooling) until the air conditioning techs came, then it was stuck on minimal cooling for the duration of our time (5 days), so we were cooking.

Summary: Fantastic property for a beachfront Mudjimba holiday.
