Negative: There were rain fly wings throughout one of the rooms. Breakfast was the same every morning and prepared by the plate with no options. No activities. Breakfast was served too late. Was unable to have breakfast a few mornings because of the late start

Positive: The location and the great view of the ocean and beaches. The staff is excellent, and they give the best they have.
Negative: The hotel is generally in poor condition, and getting worse with time. We can see the unfortunate damages from the last hurricane;The terrace jacuzzi was inoperative, as several lights inside the front salon also .The hotel should undergo a massive refection to resplendish as it was several years back.

Positive: My sister and I were hesitant after reading the reviews but the price was so good that we booked it. We were amazed at how spacious and clean the room was. The view was amazing and clearly we got one of the renovated rooms. Honestly we were so happy with the space. The whole staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Marcia at the front desk is the lady you go see for any excursions. She was amazing we loved her so much. Being two women traveling alone together. We felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend 🩷
