Positive: The property was a studio apartment with a king size bed and a pull-out sofa. The balcony overlooks Sapphire Beach and is adjacent to a small marina that hosts excursions. Our host Michael was very responsive and friendly. The location is fantastic. There are three restaurants on site, all with bars. There is another restaurants in the adjacent condo complex just up the hill. Service was friendly and efficient everywhere we went.
Negative: The utilities are not very reliable on the island. The power and the internet went out several times during our stay, unrelated to the weather. This is not the owner or the property manager's fault, but it is worth mentioning so you are prepared. The parking is limited and the parking lot could use some maintenance.

Positive: Location was fabulous. The view was incredible. Overall the complex was clean and well kept. Repairs still needed to the pool area following Irma and Maria.
Negative: Condo could use a bit of an update. No washer and dryer inside the unit.. No real complaints beyond that. .
