Positive: The location was superb. It was spacious and allowed my family of seven to spread out. The views were spectacular. The included parking was able to accommodate our full size van.
Negative: One of the elevators was down… it happens. The washer was mildewed. The air conditioner hose was not properly attached to the window.

Positive: The location was very good! Close to all attractions we wanted to see.
Negative: The condo was in good condition but I felt it needed a little attention. The carpet had a couple of stains and the desk/table in the bedroom was very close to collapsing as the legs were very unstable. We really needed a bureau for storage or at least luggage stands to put our luggage on to avoid putting them on the floor to use as storage for our clothes and belongings. The iron had something on it that got on my sister's top she tried to iron. We couldn't get it off the iron but were able to remove almost all of the residue on her top. We would still use this condo again if the items were addressed. Overall it was a good stay and great location.

Positive: Location!! that is the best thing about the condo. everything is walking distance and the food selection in the area was perfect! I liked that the bedroom and living room had a TV so we could treat it as 2 separate spaces. I like that the person who let us in actually contacted us earlier than check in time and then let us in because we were already there.
Negative: The condo itself is so sparsely furnished that there isn't anywhere to sit in the bedroom and the living room furniture is impractical. The condo was not spotless (dried brown stuff on sink bowl and bathroom floor) and the owners cabinet was left open. worst part was the foam mattress. Not everyone loves these - especially folks with bad backs or overweight. Getting in and out of bed was a chore. ALSO the ad made it seem like we would definitely have a view of the sound and we did not.

Negative: Living room blinds missing some panels Only towels for 2 (out of 4) guests provided on arrival. Linen in wardrobe we used for sofa bed was not ironed.
Summary: Great place but could benefit from 1-2 improvements.

Positive: The property was in an amazing location with beautiful sights. It was quiet no running in the halls. The pool was well maintained. The apartment had beautiful windows and decorated well for the most part the kitchen came with everything needed.
Negative: The cleaning was sub par. Looked like it was quickly swept. Windows were dirty especially the window seals looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very very large amount of time. Things that had been previously broken in the apartment are just thrown into the closets. Racks ,coffee pots, pictures,random household items. The extra sheets for the pullout couch looked like they had been used and not cleaned there was hair on them. The futton which is listed as a place to sleep was broken and not sleepable. Oddly the upstairs room had a tv but only a queen bed. The downstairs had a king bed but no tv. The walls and baseboards were pretty dirty through the entire home.
Summary: Overall beautiful place in the best location. Just needs a good deep clean and the clutter removed.

Positive: Very cute color designs and the building was pretty quiet during our stay we didnt have any issues with loud guests or residents. Location was super close to so many big destinations and amazing restaurants, super close to the space needle and pike place market. Very secure location and super helpful staff. Great for the price and the master bed and pull out bed were super comfortable too!
Negative: There were no fitted sheets for the pull out bed, quite a few missing pieces from the blinds in the living room, check out is pretty early at 10 am and there isnt just a drop box to leave the keys and the parking pass so if your up on the top floors you have to pull your car out, park in the alley or somewhere and run back up and leave both in the unit before leaving thru the lobby none of this is big enough to decide not to stay here tho i will definitely try to stay again if we come visit
