Positive: The Saracens B&B, was quite simply outstanding. Sam & Wade were exceptional hosts; they hit the perfect balance between being attentive and also respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the family room ample with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was fantastic. All in all, a very homely, welcoming and comfortable stay. I work in the travel sphere and stay in hotels often with work, there are a number on international 5-star hotels around the world that could learn a lot from Sam & Wade in terms of hotel management and hospitality. A great hotel, amazing stay and very happy.

Positive: So nice and homely and friendly loved it and the Christmas tree was amazing breakfast was 5 star and having the pub next door was a bonus for evening food The rooms are of very high standard and very clean Owners could not do enough to make sure your stay exceptional highly recommend

Positive: Great breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Within walking distance of Knott End, with bus services to there and to Poulton-le-Fylde and Blackpool. Good pub almost next door. Very friendly and helpful proprietors.

Positive: An excellent place to stay … As soon as we walked into the house we couldn’t help but notice how comfortable and inviting it was. Our room was impeccably clean with so much detail and everything you could possibly need. Sam went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The gesture of a small bottle of wine was lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was first class with such a large choice.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like, it was all first class!
