Positive: The location was perfect!! Property stocked well and comfortable. The film collection as well as the book collection was amazing!
Negative: Absolutely nothing! Fell in love with Knott end-on-sea because of Dolphin house.

Positive: Location excellent. Sealed garden absolutely perfect. Dogs able to go in and out with no worries on our part. Shame back gate onto promenade not available for use.

Positive: The location was perfect by the beach, Cumbria and Yorkshire dales where we hiked. The rooms and kitchen was spacious.. Dolphin lodge at the back was nice.. we could have enjoyed it better but we had rains.. Carol was very helpful.
Negative: For improvement from what we seen at other places you could put shower gel and new bath towels. We struggled with running dishwasher until Carol came and showed us.. and the showers had less force, only one at a time could shower even thought there were 2 showers.apart from that we had a lovely time and if in that area I would definitely stay at Dolphins house. Thanks Carol.
