A fairly new ranch home containing 2 Bedrooms ,Den (air mattress will be provided upon request) two full-size bathrooms,one with a Walk in big JacuzziTub for 2 . Fenced in Back yard .We are close to Broadway the casino the Performing Arts Center, State Park the harness track the race track and downtown Broadway plenty of offstreet parking. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, full kitchen set up. Nice porch to sit in the front of the house and covered Patio in the back with BBQ, feel free to contact us with any concerns you might have. Central Heat and Air. Small Pet allowed with Prior approval. If two families are interested in the other house in the picture is also available, they share the heated pool, please contact for details.. our home is handicap accessible with the ramp and all doors are 3 foot wide no steps after you enter the house using the ramp.

Summary: Very nice property and positive helpful communication with owner. Entire process was efficient and simple. Literally 10 minute walk to racetrack. Very spacious clean house and beautiful yard. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Summary: The homeowner/property manager was terrific, and communication was exceptional throughout. The house was very clean and had a nice flow. The outdoor space is beautiful, and while the yard shares a pool with another house, we never felt like our privacy was infringed upon. The location is very close to town and to the lake, making it easy to get to the restaurants and other activities.
