Positive: Everything was so much perfect !!!!! Spacious totally new room !! Perfect owner ! Perfect breakfast ! In the Heart of the village, just in front of restaurants ! No mosquitoes ! And quiet too !!! Good tips about things to visit around :) and my god, an amazing breakfast +++++

Negative: Honestly it is impossible to complain of anything !!!

Positive: The host family is mega friendly and helpful. The service was better than in some high-star hotels, and home-made breakfast was just delicious (and the amount and variety was so generous, that we had to pack some leftovers with us). The room was extremely clean and had everything one could wish for. We had amazing rest at a very convenient location to visit Pidurangala and Lion's rock.

Positive: If we could give a 12/10 we would. We felt completely at home in the warm presence of this family. This family will go above and beyond to help you with anything and to make sure you have a good time. Also the freshly cooked food was no kidding the best dinner ever. Bathroom super spacious and clean, everything smelled fresh. Perfect location.

Positive: We have traveled a lot of Asia and this is easily one of the best homestays we have stayed in. Very clean, new, spacious and with a lot of amenities e.g. kettle, hair dryer, separate showering area, lots of mirrors, great a/c. The family is super lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The included breakfast was amazing-it was huge, very tasty, with heaps of western and Sri Lankan dishes. We’d definitely recommend having the local dinner prepared by the family. It was honestly the best tasting meal we’ve had in Sri Lanka and again the portions were enormous and included heaps of side dishes. We can’t rave on about this place enough and would highly recommend to anyone and hope to return one day.

Positive: Best accomodation in Sigiriya!!! Cheap like a hostel, but private and clean, and at walking distance from anything you need. Owner and his family are amazing and cook an amazing big breakfast. Definitely recommend!
