Positive: Stayed for 3 overnights in Sasima house. Very satisfied. Although it is somehow way from the Old city it was still on a walking distance. Clean and big place with everything you need. My room was with one big queen size bed and additional single bed. Sweet kitchenette in which couldn’t cook but it has coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, microwave oven. Private entrance with only 3 apartments above, one per floor. No lift but wide staircase. CCTV surveillance everywhere. You use fob and card to enter the premises but the owners are living next door therefore they are always available for solving problems. There is also a locked safety box, air conditioning, tv. The hot water in the shower is flowing through instant heater but I never had any problem with it. Inside the small hotel is a big washing machine which can be used, together with the detergent, free of charge. Significantly quiet inside with not issue at all related to the mosquitos, due to the nets. Nearby you can find many local restaurant, cafes, massage parlors, 7/11 and etc. Nearby use a local laundry and it served me perfect 129/3 Ragang Rd. Try the variety of coffees at the nearby Monkey coffee. I found the Japanese restaurant Ibaki house somehow overrated. In some cases I used Grab app for taxi – always a perfect option, although I had to caught a taxi early morning at about 6 am. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and the place is immaculately clean. I don’t know if a breakfast is provided. The kind hosts even took me to the airport with there car. I can strongly recommend Sasima house.
