Summary: What seemed to be a nicely renovated home fell short with basic amenities/ expectations. There was dust and spider webs in most corners, and dust on top of wood panels in family room. One of the bathrooms was not supplied with a roll of toilet paper as stated it would be and the baseboard heater was rusted. The second floor bath didn't have a shower curtain, which didn't go well with the water issue. The room with bunk beds has no furniture for storage/ personal items. The master has side lamps but no outlets to power them. The thermostat indicated the filter needed to be changed. Perhaps that was the issue with the heating in certain parts of the home. The most unpleasant part of the stay was the inconsistent water temperature when showering. Everyone in our party of eight experienced flows of water that went from ice cold, to scalding hot and then it was a struggle for the water to remain warm. The owner was contacted about this and suggested staggered showers however, the issue still persisted. Another disappointment was the poor wifi signal. There are three televisions in the home; only one can broadcast at a time. The others will continue to buffer. Hopefully these issues will be addressed with regular maintenance.

Summary: Awesome home with plenty of space to relax, with all amenities and then some. Do wish the home was a bit more secluded - but overall very quiet and nice area. Seems to be a newer listing. but could use an iron, and screens on windows. Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to all!!

Summary: We recently rented this house and I would really recommend this to everyone the house was clean new and it had a real homie feel to it the sauna really a hit. The host was really nice to if I messaged him I got an answer within 10 minutes amd with a smile

Summary: At 1000 feet of elevation this property is in a great location with close proximity to Stroudsburg, Pocono Mnt and other attractions. The 4-bedroom, 3 full bath house set-up supported our 3 adult couples and one grandchild family perfectly.
