Taking a break through the height of the pandemic, we've added a new heater and remodeled for guests comfort. This Early 1900s Dutch Colonial home is situated on a quarter acre lot just a short ride east of center city Philadelphia (closer to center city than most Phila neighborhoods) in the quiet suburban neighborhood of Bloomfield Park, Pennsauken, NJ. Features off street parking for 8+ cars. This gorgeous Southern Retreat presents period oak hardwood floors, high ceilings, grand front/back foyer with french doors leading to the living room and dinning room.
The Grand Foyer welcomes you, french doors lead into the family room adjoining a formal dinning room that seats eight, French doors open into the sun porch/Home gym where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and exercise on a few select pieces of equipment. The rear gym entrance steps into the fully equipped Kitchen where preparing meals is easy with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, porcelain tile floors, oak cabinets and a period cupboard. The laundry room completes this level with access to the rear patio. A rear interior stairway takes you from the kitchen to the second floor where 3 inviting bedrooms await you. A 4th bedroom, the master suite, offers a smart TV, private marble tiled bathroom with Cherry Vanity and Jacuzzi tub. Another flight of steps takes you to the third floor where 3 bedrooms and a full renovated bathroom are located.

Summary: Savannah East is a beautiful house and we had a wonderful stay. This is the second time we have stayed here because we love it so much. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and Mike was a wonderful host - as usual. Check in and check out was easy. There are a lot of stairs but this was not an issue for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Lots of space so we never felt crowded even with 10 adults. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay again someday.

Summary: This was the easiest and most enjoyable stay my friends and I have ever had! Mike, the manager, was only a text away if we needed anything. The personal touch from a personalized sign at the front door to making sure we had all the specific items we had discussed prior was well above and beyond anything you could expect. Every other house we have looked at, the rooms were always smaller and less 'attractive' than the pictures. Not this place. This is the first place I have stayed where the online pictures of the rooms was exactly what was there! Every room, from the kitchen to each bedroom, was absolutely perfect - and knowing that Mike was a text away if we needed anything gave us the piece of mind to know we were in a great place. A true Gem of a house!!! DEFINITLEY recommend to anyone who asks! Thank Mike!

Summary: We stayed here over the holidays and the house was decorated sooo beautifully!! They provided so many extra amenities. The owner responded very quickly to us . They have a very nice outdoor patio area which would be really nice in the summer. Beautiful nice house for a large group. The heating system was the weakest link . The heating system was not strong enough to heat the entire house so they had to use space heaters . Some rooms were cold even with space heaters ..
