Positive: Spacious flat, quiet building, amazing view from the balcony, kitchen was fully equipped with coffee/tea. Owner kindly waited for us to check in after hours. Noodles provided for the lake. Overall a very nice stay.

Negative: Not a big problem, but something in the room (we think the detergent used to wash sheets and towels) triggered allergies.
