What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Summary: The beds were comfortable and hotel nicely updated. I knew when booking the steam showers would not be operational, but two of the four spray settings in our room did not work, and the shower had a previous guests nasal strips in it. The bathroom curtains also had lipstick smeared on them. I wasn’t aware when booking that the hot tub and sauna had to be prebooked, allowing for “private use”. I say “private” because the rooftop is still open to others and another couple kept interrupting us. No matter, because the hot tub was broken (not heating, no bubbles). It also needed to be cleaned. The sauna did work, but there were no robes or towels available at the sauna or hot tub area. The location was great, very walkable, and the hotel was nicely updated. Just needs some improvements for better service.

Summary: The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating, asked if we needed help with our bags. room was small as expected , but clean and renovated very well, also it was quiet unless you had the window open. easy access parking for $10.00 and could easily walk to downtown in minutes. The only negative the bed was horrible it was caved in a lot right in the center, The worst we have ever slept on. Would not stay again until there is a new bed replacement.

Summary: Would not recommend to anybody except college or high school kids, small space, poor access and common use areas in other hotel are limited and controlled here.

Summary: I recently stayed at this property on two non-sequential nights and had a great experience overall. The first night, I stayed in the King Suite. The space was nice and spacious, though I didn’t really need the kitchen. One clarification—while the suite is advertised with a private hot tub, what’s actually in the room is a built-in Jacuzzi bathtub. The "hot tub" is located outside, through a shared common area and up to the roof. It’s a beautiful spot with stunning views, especially at sunset. There were very few other guests during my stay, so I was able to reserve it both times I wanted to use it, but I noticed my key card worked on the door even without a reservation. The hot tub area is large enough to comfortably fit six to eight people, and it’s unclear why it’s not openly available to all guests—it seems like it could be. On my second night, I stayed in a standard king room, which had a bed just as comfortable as the King Suite. Since I could access the hot tub the same way, I honestly didn’t miss the extra space or amenities of the suite. For my needs, the hot tub and a comfortable bed were the highlights, and both delivered perfectly. I visited in January for some epic cat skiing, and this place worked great as my base. If you’re a ski bum like me, you’ll appreciate the hot tub for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Definitely recommend it for the views and comfort!

Summary: The Bed was absolutely amazing. Everything else however was downhill and felt pretty mediocre. A big reason why we chose The Savoy was to experience the steam/jet shower in the photos. Turns out the jets are not hooked up. Fancy looking towel hangers is all they are. Loose door knobs, toilet lids and bed side lamps didn’t help the overall experience. But that bed is damn comfortable. I will say that much about the place.

Summary: If you want full service, this probably isn't the place for you. They were very helpful for us, however, and great staff.
