Positive: Location around the north coast was amazing. The staff overall was exceptional specially abdelfatah and Iman. The swimming pool was recently renovated, clean and nicely designed for kids to have wide steps to rest and play on.

Negative: They closed the man pool of the hotel and they only informed us after check in and after paying money. We should be informed before and we decide if we stay or not. Even though they offered free dinner in replacement to that incident for three days
