Positive: Spacious apartment at the city center, really close to everything someone might need, well equipped kitchen facilities, feels like a true Balkan home. Friendly and smiley hosts, they speak Albanian and some Italian. Good communication via WhatsApp nevertheless. Clean and warm. Really nice mattress on the bed and a big comfortable sofa. Good WiFi access to the Internet.
Negative: Although there is free Parking outside the building, someone might block you, typical Balkan situation, so you can always leave it at the main Street. Some tricks of the apartment might sound awkward to Western Europeans, but..welcome to the Balkans! There were only 2 TV channels available, a thing that has to be improved. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so somebody with restricted mobility will have to reconsider.
