Summary: We had requested that our room be made up each day. When we came back later that night, the room was as we left it. Very poor. When you offer a service, then please carry it out. When I enquired and asked a reduction, they just said could do nothing.

Summary: Room was outstanding, especially for a family of four with a five and seven year-old. Room was super clean and loved the location close to shops restaurants the Christmas market and the train station.

Summary: Marvelous location for access to art museums and the Philharmonie concert hall. This is a wonderful, well managed hotel that met our every need graciously. Scandinavian themed archicteture and frequent presence of moose add to the atmosphere.
