Summary: Good hotel. Some minor setbacks were that one blanket was missing and when I tried to call the reception about the blanket, they didn't answer (they seemed quite busy also earlier in the day). The biggest downside of our stay was that our neighbour got very loud at night (loud music and talking) which woke me up. It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe the "party guests" and others could be more apart so that the noise would not bother others?

Summary: The stay was generally okay. Hotel environment and breakfast area is beautiful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Main downside for me was the fact that one has to order online for room cleaning. It really didn't make sense. Moreover, the slippery floor in the pool area was very dangerous. The times we were at the pool we slipped and almost fell and saw others stumble.
