Summary: Bit unfair to single out one person from the group of staff who were all very professional and super friendly BUT the Check in lady on Saturday morning 24th January was exceptional, an absolute credit to Scandic. In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi. We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good.

Summary: An old hotel with good staff. Some rooms are a bit 80’s-ish type but some have e.g. recently renovated bathrooms. Has a sauna and a pool.
