Positive: The staff is great! All of them! We were handled mainly by Simon and Selena. The massage was also top.

Negative: The food is mediocre. No words to describe it including the breakfast. Also the music is blasted all day long at the pool making it impossible to relax.

Summary: To avoid if you are looking to relax.

Positive: Everything was great, the views, the room, the pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast, the great staff.

Negative: Just a minor comment, we have noticed artificial turf installation in some parts of the resort and we recommend to be switched to a material that is more authentic and organic to fit with the beauty of the resort.
