Summary: Zeer mooi huis met prachtige tuin en uitzicht. Alles was proper en de Duitstalige conciërge was zeer vriendelijk. Komen zeker terug!

Summary: Super groot huis. Genieten erg van de grote tuin met ruime uitzicht. Overkapping is erg fijn als het regent. Voldoende kuipstoelen en picknicktafels aanwezig. Hebben zelf lekker zittende tuinstoelen meegenomen van huis De weg voor het huis is overdag wat druk. Maar niet storend. Het huis staat ver genoeg van de weg af. Geniet elke ochtend van de vele vogels die over het grasveld heen vliegen. Absolute aanrader als je van ruimte houd.

Summary: Goedemorgen, mooi huisje 😊, maar… Een ZEER penetrante geur in heel het huis.. zeker onder de aanrecht is het bijzonder erg.. Ook de schimmel in de badkamer boven is niet aangenaam voor mijn gasten.. De overgave van de sleutel is zeker voor verbetering vatbaar 😳 Begrijp dat u niets kan veranderen aan wat gebeurt is, maar hoop dat er aan de geur wat te doen is.. Communicatie met bellvila was niet mogelijk omdat we buiten kantooruren gebeld hebben (vrijdag 4 febr 2023) om 17:30 voor de sleutel van het huisje. Al met al een slechte ervaring… jammmer !!!

Summary: Fijn huis op een prachtige locatie. Zeer mooi uitzicht aan de achterkant. Perceel grenst direct aan rivier de Our. Veel natuur en wandelroutes in directe omgeving. Huis zelf is goed uitgerust met veel slaapkamers en gezellige woonkamer en keuken. Wij komen zeker terug!

Summary: Mooie, ruime kamers. Uitstekend uitgeruste keuken. Prachtige tuin met veel privacy en fijne omgeving om te wandelen. Woonkamer helaas amper gebruikt wegens niet warm genoeg te krijgen en in het algemeen kon de properheid van het huis beter (badkamer, vloeren, zetel).

Summary: Die Hausaufteilung war wie beschrieben, das Wohnzimmer mit dem großen Kamin und der Treppe hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Schlafzimmer nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche war nicht vorhanden bzw passte die mitgebrachte nicht auf die großen Decken. Also entweder Bettzeug für 180x200cm mitbringen oder mehr Bettdecken mit Normalmaß verteilen. Insgesamt waren in den unteren Zimmern durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit häufig Stockflecken an den Wänden und Decken zu finden. Das ist echt schade, weil das Haus durch seine Lage und Aufteilung eigentlich ganz gut ist, es müsste mal saniert werden.

Summary: Het huis was piekfijn in orde, ruim en licht. Alles wat je maar kan bedenken is aanwezig. De tuin is schitterend, enorm groot en eindigt bij het riviertje en het bos. Je kan echt mooie wandelingen maken, vertrekkend bij het huis. In Sankt-Vith, op 8 km, zijn alle winkels beschikbaar.
