Summary: We wanted a place that was quiet and beautiful and this was it! Remote but not too far from civilization…and the views right outside the front door were gorgeous, not to mention the areas all around the property.

Summary: This is our second time to stay here, we stayed in July and January, so we got to experience both the hottest and coldest months of the year. We loved both stays! The only thing that we regret is not understanding that the beautiful wood burning stove was for show only. Other than that, our stay was PERFECT! David and Dara are excellent hosts and we cannot wait for our third stay.

Summary: My partner and I had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and very cozy. We appreciated the recommendations and info sent to us by our hosts, and had a wonderful Christmas dinner. We both agreed we would love to be back in the spring to see the area again when it isn’t winter, though the misty mountain tops we saw during our stay had a certain charm as well and made for some beautiful scenery.

Summary: This was the second time my wife and I stayed here and we will definitely be back again. The house is is great shape with and incredible porch view. They keep it stocked with toiletries that are above a beyond what is necessary for a rental. Plus, we were able to see bison, deer, longhorns, and all other types of wildlife within a 10-minute drive. Love the entire area, but wouldn't even waste my time looking for another place to stay if that's your destination. Not a bad thing to say about this special hidden gem in the Wichita Mountains.

Summary: We booked this cabin to attend a graduation from basic training at Fort Sill. All the beautiful decorative touches and upgraded appliances made the cabin feel more vacation-like. We made great use of the deck furniture and hammock chair.
