Summary: The location of the property is great! I was not overly impressed with the cleanliness. Also, there's broken tile in the half bathroom that needs replaced. It's a big hole and when we brought the cleanliness and the tile issues to management's knowledge, I felt like they brushed us off!

Summary: This unit is in a great location. Very convenient to the heart of Lucerne, and a 5 minute walk from the train station. It is spacious, with lots of room to spread out.There were some exposed wires where it looks like a light fixture or television might have once been on the wall. There was some black mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Summary: Initially had problems with payment being processed. Took numerous texts and emails to confirm payment. Communication once we arrived was timely and helpful. Bedroom in the front was noisy if the window was open. Surprised to be asked to not only wash but also put dishes away in the cabinets before leaving. Great location with easy access to the train station.
