Positive: View, the kitchen, comfortable beds, air worked
Negative: Difficult parking on a public curb only, down stairs was musty and damp, could smell throughout the entire house, laundry unusable it had someone else's clothes in it, laundry room creepy and unkempt, 2 out of 3 couches broken and unusable, blinds were missing slats or did not cover the bottom 6 or more inches of several windows..lack of privacy. Main floor was dirty and shoes were not allowed, so it was icky to walk on. Hand rails are really needed to the bottom floor for safety. Main floor has a shower head and tub, but had no valve to turn on the shower part. Owner was reached out to and never responded. His.mail was found both in the mailbox and a kitchen drawer. Made us feel like someone was going to drop by at anytime. Beautiful place but it felt awkward and not really maintained. We bought damp rid to help with the wet smell and it really didn't help.

Positive: It was in a nice neighborhood and it was easy to get to other places from there.
Negative: The furniture on the 2nd floor was broke. The couch was broke when we got there and the bed collapsed while laying in it.
Summary: The overall stay was nice. Just the 2nd floor needs new furniture.

Negative: Just some small thing . Light out in the upstairs bed room , no wash clothes, couch was broken in the downstairs room. But we all enjoyed our stay .
