Very bright, comfortable house, very pleasant to live in, open to a large relaxation area (sunny terraces, swimming pool, flower garden, shaded area where you can rest in the shade of the trees). All rooms are air conditioned. Summer kitchen with all equipment. Perfectly suited for spending quality time with family or friends. The swimming pool is 8.5 x 4.5 m in size with a maximum depth of 1.70 m. We ask that children know how to swim for safety reasons. Our property is located near Sommières, a medieval town with all amenities. The famous Sommières market on Saturday morning will seduce you and allow you to taste the good local products. Possible walks from the house on foot to discover the Gardoise scrubland, its vineyards, its olive trees and its beautiful villages... Equidistant (25 mins) from Montpellier, regional and cultural capital and Nîmes called La Rome. The beauty of our region and its rich choice of culture and leisure activities suitable for all tastes and all ages throughout the year will guarantee you a pleasant holiday. Ideally located, many outings and activities nearby. You will be able to discover many places such as Avignon, Anduze, Uzès, Arles, the Pont du Gard, the Gorges de l'Hérault, the Grottes des Demoiselles among the largest in Europe, the Camargue, the beaches of the coast, the Cévennes with its medieval villages, the wine cellars of Languedoc Roussillon, the markets... A deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon entering the premises. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage is found.

Summary: We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in a wonderful holiday home in the south of France. We had a wonderful time there with eight people. The house itself and especially the kitchen were fantastically equipped - we didn't lack anything! We were particularly excited about the outdoor kitchen with grill and additional refrigerators, which offered perfect conditions for barbecues together. The pool was a highlight and we used it daily. The beautiful garden with its shady spots offered us ideal places to retreat (including in a cozy hammock) to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay in wonderful surroundings. We were also impressed by the town of Sommières. Not only is it beautiful, but it also offers numerous excellent restaurants that spoiled us with regional delicacies. The area around the holiday home offers a variety of excursion options: we went on a canoe tour and enjoyed walks directly from the house. Day trips to Montpellier and the beach are also easily possible and highly recommended. Sommières and the surrounding area enchanted us with their diversity and beauty. We'd love to come back!

Summary: A very nice house in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation, peaceful walks, and good meals. The house was exceptionally well-equipped. There was plenty of space both inside and outside for relaxation, good meals, and activities such as table tennis, swimming, badminton, and ball games. The friendly hosts made the stay perfect."

Summary: We had a great time at the villa. It was well stocked with all things you need, especially for outdoor dining / cooking. Francis and Marie-claude were fantastic hosts and in regular communication. Salinelles is not to far to travel for away days / nights.....we'd recommend Montpellier and Sete. All in all...was a great trip, a great villa and great location. Thanks again Francis & Marie-claude.

Summary: Set in a quiet location. House lovely and spacious. Large shaded garden with ping pong and hammock, fantastic pool with a well equipped outdoor kitchen. Everything you need!! Owners very helpful with advice on local vineyards and restaurants. We had a great evening on Thursday down in the village where local producers sell their wares- foods (oysters, cheeses, burgers, onion bhajis!, ice creams etc) and wines all with a band playing. You can really make an evening of it - as many locals did!! Seems to be a weekly event until September. Would highly recommend this villa.

Summary: The house and garden are great. There were 4 of us but can comfortably accommodate many more. Like the cooking facilities and pool/garden. All good quality. Nice local town and local restaurant we walked to. Owners very nice.
